Cisco VPN Client freezed on "Opening cert store"

Recently my Cisco VPN Client freezes on this screen “Opening cert store”.

It occurs due to having multiple certificates in ‘my user certificate’ store that the client parses through on load. This may occur if you have Fiddler installer, because it creates as many certificates as the number of websites visited using it.

To solve this issue:

• open command prompt
• type mmc [enter]

File—> Add remove snap-in…

Then add Certificates —> user’s account certificates

And finally delete Fiddler’s certificate.

Now your Cisco VPN will work again as it should!
