FortiClient VPN INSTALLATION
Download the FortiClient VPN installer with the link below.

Double-click the FortiClient .dmg installer file. The FortiClient for Mac OS X dialog box displays.
Double-click Install. The Welcome to the FortiClient Installer dialog box displays.
(Optional) Click the lock icon in the upper-right corner to view certificate details and click OK to close the dialog box.
Click Continue
Read the Software License Agreement and click Continue.
You have the option to print or save the Software Agreement in this window. You are prompted to Agree with the terms of the license agreement.
If you agree with the terms of the license agreement, click Agree to continue the installation.
Perform one of the following actions:
- Click Install to perform a standard installation on this computer, which includes the following modules: Security Fabric Agent and Secure Remote Access.
- Click Customize to choose which FortiClient modules to install. Depending on your system, you may be prompted to enter your system password.
After the installation completes successfully, Click Close to exit the installer.
FortiClient has been saved to the Applications folder.
Double-click the FortiClient icon to launch the application. The application console loads to your desktop.
Click the Settings Icon on the right side of screen next to VPN Name and click Add a new connection
Populate the fields as illustrated below and click Add to save these settings (image may look different but content should match what is depicted)
Make sure the SSL-VPN button is selected at the top of the window and fill in the fields as shown Connection Name: SWTJC (or a name of your choosing) Remote Gateway: swtjc-fw01.swtjc.edu or 70.241.208.90 Username: Replace with your SWTJC Username Authentication: Check Save login box Client Certificate: none
Now the profile has been created, enter your SWTJC Username and password click Connect.
After a short wait, you should see the following confirmation to confirm that the connection has been successful.
To disconnect from the VPN, click the red FortiClient shield in the taskbar to launch the following windows and simply click Disconnect.
